WAREHOUSEMAN

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, tools, and equipment against delivery documents and purchase orders.
• Organize and properly store inventory to ensure safety, accessibility, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Prepare and issue materials, tools, and equipment based on approved requisitions or project requirements.
• Load and unload deliveries while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Project Sites, Production, and other departments regarding material requirements and deliveries.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing items for delivery to project sites or customers.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack, forklift, if qualified).
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics is preferred.
• Experience in construction materials, furniture, hardware, aluminum, or glass products is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy materials.
• Basic knowledge of inventory documentation and warehouse procedures.
• Honest, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required.
• Forklift certification or experience is an advantage but not required.
