Job Description:

The Warehouse Inventory Staff is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring inventory and warehouse supplies. This role ensures accurate inventory records, proper storage of materials, timely issuance of supplies, and compliance with company policies and warehouse safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries.
Issue materials and supplies based on approved requests.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Procurement.
Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Coordinate with concerned departments regarding inventory requirements.
Perform other inventory and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

College graduate or college level in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
At least one (1) year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory monitoring.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records.
Honest, reliable, and physically capable of handling inventory items.
