- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of corporate experience in an FP&A department or similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of creating and maintaining financial models
- Experience with Workday Adaptive, NetSuite, or similar financial software preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Tableau skills preferred

- Lead the annual budgeting, financial re-forecasting, and monthly reporting process for demand generation businesses
- Become a thought partner to senior management and help evaluate strategic business decisions
- Own creation of financial models which reflect short and long-term business plans, leveraging tools such as Tableau and Adaptive
- Compile monthly financial variance reports, research key variance drivers from budget, and clearly communicate areas of risk and opportunity to department owners
- Compile financial information for quarterly board presentations
- Partner with the accounting team on the monthly close process and preparation of GAAP financial statements
- Identify process improvements, drive efficiencies, and automate forecasting and reporting capabilities
