About the role
AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior High School (SHS) Teacher to join our dynamic team at our Cagayan de Oro campus. As a full-time SHS Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the education and personal growth of our students, preparing them for their future endeavors.
What you'll be doing- Designing and delivering engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of SHS students
- Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their academic development
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership to enhance the overall educational experience
- Actively participating in extracurricular activities and school events to foster a positive and inclusive school community
- Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and subject matter
- Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education or a relevant subject area
- At least 2 years of experience teaching in a secondary school environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse workload
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people
- Familiarity with the latest teaching methodologies and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
