Dispatching Supervisor DP Concepcion Tarlac

• Responsible for the efficient and faster scanning, loading and dispatching of products.
• Prepares for the bi-monthly schedule of issuers and approves any adjustment with regards to their work schedule.
• Communicate performance metrics for on time loading and deliveries and other dispatching process on a daily basis.
• Ensures the accuracy of items and quantity of products and maximize truck or fleet capacity.
• Coordinates major incidents in dispatching/loading area to ensure that proper notifications are made; assists in call handling if necessary and coordinates with his immediate superior.
• Explain and help issuer/dispatcher understand dispatch responsibilities, priorities and procedures
• Monitors performances, issues and concerns; discuss notable performance or concerns with the Outbound and Operations Logistics Manager.
• Attending all concerns with regards to outbound logistics concern.
• Report all concerns and deviation regarding outbound logistics and conduct immediate action if needed.
• Conduct orientation and training to all issuer with regards to standard operation procedure as far as outbound logistics is concern.

Job Requirements:

1. With 1 - 2 years Experience in supervisory role.
2. Graduate of any 4 year course.
3. Can do shifting schedule and can withstand pressure.
