About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Consultant to drive growth for FACT ERP.NG, our flagship next-generation ERP software. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy sales professional with a consultative approach, who can build trust, understand business pain points, and position FACT ERP.NG as the preferred solution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target industries.
- Conduct market research, outbound prospecting, and leverage your network to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demos that showcase the value of FACT ERP.NG to client-specific needs.
- Understand customer business challenges and position FACT ERP.NG as a strategic solution.
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and opportunity qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key influencers.
- Act as the primary point of contact through the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and a smooth client experience.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver solution proposals and customized pitches.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasting and activity reports.
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on performance data, feedback, and industry trends.
- Stay abreast of ERP trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer expectations.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to represent the FACT brand and generate leads.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams by sharing client feedback and market insights to influence roadmap and positioning.
- 3–6 years of B2B software sales experience, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets through consultative selling.
- Strong understanding of business processes in sectors like manufacturing, distribution, retail, or professional services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High degree of initiative, curiosity, and a solutions-first mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Prior experience in ERP/enterprise software sales is a strong advantage.
- Ability to understand client operations and translate needs into product value.

- Compensation: Compensation will range from 16,000 Pesos-25,000 Pesos depending on candidate experience.
- Location: We require candidates to work onsite at our Philippines office in Makati City, Metro Manila.
- Start date: We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer.
