ESL Teacher (Full-Time)

Ring Global Academy Inc., a sister company of Ring System Development Inc. (a Japan-based software company), is looking for energetic, passionate, and dedicated ESL Teachers to join our growing team.

As a newly established academy, team member/s may occasionally collaborate with both Ring Global Academy and Ring System Development Inc. during events and activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to operational requirements and schedule adjustments)

Note: This role requires consistent attendance, full availability during working hours, and the ability to maintain a stable schedule.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

Applicants must meet the following criteria to proceed to the interview stage:

1. Licensed Professional Teacher OR TM 1 Certificate (Language)
2. At least 1 year of teaching experience (less would still be considered)
3. With the ability to commit to a full-time and consistent work schedule
4. At least B1 level English proficiency (with verifiable proof)

Note: Priority will be given to applicants who meet all minimum qualifications. Particular preference will be given to candidates who possess both the required certification/license and relevant teaching experience. Applicants who do not meet these requirements may still be considered for future opportunities.

• Experience teaching foreign students, either online or in person
• Familiarity with IELTS, TOEIC, or TOEFL instruction (training will be provided for qualified candidates without prior experience)
• Ability to develop structured lesson plans and instructional materials
• Strong commitment to maintaining a consistent and uninterrupted work schedule
• Physically and mentally capable of performing the essential duties of the position, including maintaining regular attendance and a consistent work schedule.

1. Instruction

• Prepare and deliver engaging English lessons focusing on grammar, pronunciation, and sentence structure.

1. Lesson Planning & Materials

• Create structured lesson plans and interactive presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint).

1. Student Development

• Provide constructive feedback on student performance.
• Correct errors and guide students toward improvement.
• Prepare and check homework assignments.

1. Conduct pre-tests, progress tests, and evaluations, providing clear and level-appropriate feedback.
2. Classroom Environment

• Maintain a positive, organized, and encouraging learning atmosphere.

• Demonstrate basic computer literacy and ability to use online teaching tools.
