JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance coordination, or Administrative Support
- Basic knowledge in building system (Electrical, Plumbing, Airconditioning and Ventilation)
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to follow through and ensure task completion
- Basic technical awareness of facility operations
- With Drivers License (Code A and B, AT/MT)
- Receive, log, and track all facility-related requests (repairs, maintenance, and complaints)
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities with third-party service providers
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and service activities
- Act as the contact for facility-related concerns provide updates to the Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and facility procedures
- Maintain organized documentation of all facility transactions
- Support audits and inspections as needed
