JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration
  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance coordination, or Administrative Support
  • Basic knowledge in building system (Electrical, Plumbing, Airconditioning and Ventilation)
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to follow through and ensure task completion
  • Basic technical awareness of facility operations
  • With Drivers License (Code A and B, AT/MT)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive, log, and track all facility-related requests (repairs, maintenance, and complaints)
  • Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities with third-party service providers
  • Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and service activities
  • Act as the contact for facility-related concerns provide updates to the Management
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and facility procedures
  • Maintain organized documentation of all facility transactions
  • Support audits and inspections as needed
