About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at Unibrew Industry Trading. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our company's accounts.This full-time position is based in Mandaue City, Cebu.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and information
- Comply with all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
- Must have a degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounting Officers/Clerk's industry
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start ASAP and once training is done must be willing to be assigned at AS Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu.
