Role Overview
We are looking for an Interior Design Coordinator to handle the entire process of interior styling and unit setup for the condominium units managed and operated by our company — from design planning and furniture/material sourcing to installation and setup coordination.
Working closely with the construction and management team as well as related staff, you will help create attractive, comfortable, and functional living spaces.
In the future, this role may also expand into marketing activities and design proposal initiatives to support business growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate interior design concepts for condominium units
- Select and source furniture, lighting, curtains, decorations, building materials, and other interior items
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and manage purchasing and delivery schedules
- Coordinate and manage progress with the construction and management team as well as contractors
- Conduct on-site inspections and check installation and workmanship quality
- Monitor completed units and coordinate necessary repairs and improvements
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage
- Knowledge of furniture, building materials, and interior design trends is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks flexibly and independently
- Experience using 3D rendering software, Canva, or similar tools
- English communication skills
