POSITION: RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE (MALAYSIAN SPEAKING) AND RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE (VIETNAMESE SPEAKING)- Identifying and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Scheduling interviews, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers, and managing interview logistics.
- Maintaining and updating candidate database and applicant tracking systems.
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior experience in recruitment for at least 1 year or in related role can be a significant advantage.
- Excellent in communication skills both verbally and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
