COMPANY NURSE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Company Nurse to join our team at PHIL. RIGID CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION' in Tayud Consolacion Cebu. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting the health and safety of our employees.

• Providing first aid and emergency response to injured or ill workers
• Administering medication and treatment as per medical guidelines
• Conducting health assessments and providing health education to employees
• Maintaining accurate medical records and reports
• Collaborating with management to implement and monitor health and safety policies
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Coordinating with external medical providers as needed

• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Company Nurse or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced construction environment
