• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Free HMO (Outpatient-Inpatient Medical Insurance)
• 2x per year Salary Increase (*Historical-based but remains as management prerogative for the succeeding years).
• Willing to be assigned in MEPZ 1, Lapu-Lapu City Cebu

Qualifications:

• Male / Female
• Must be a registered Nurse
• With or without experience
• Knowledgeable in first aid procedures and workplace health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule or extended hours if needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first responder, providing first aid and medical assistance to employees.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision.
• Conduct routine health checks and maintain comprehensive health records.
• Assist in crafting and executing workplace health and safety programs.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies and first aid kits to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with HR on health-related policies and wellness initiatives.
• Lead engaging health education and awareness campaigns for employees.
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
