Accounting Specialist (Accounts Receivable)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monthly revenue recognition and accounting to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
2. Manage sales invoicing and review financial terms in contracts to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company guidelines.
3. Maintain AR ledgers and follow up on overdue payments, prepare regular aging reports, and collaborate with business teams to facilitate collection.
4. Assist in financial settlement of marketing incentive programs, perform related expense tracking and reconciliation.
5. Oversee daily fund receipts and payments, manage banking transactions, maintain daily fund reports to ensure accurate and traceable fund flows.
6. Assist with month-end closing by organizing and filing AR-related vouchers. 7 Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of accounting experience; experience in AR or fund management is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; SAP experience is a plus.
4. Good command of English in both communication and writing; Chinese language skill is a plus.
5. Automotive industry experience is preferred.
6. Familiar with Philippine Accounting Standards and capable of independent accounting.
7. Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
