About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Branch Manager to oversee our retail operations. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the branch to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve strong sales and profit performance.The Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in the ongoing success and growth of Great Image Services Corporation.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales, productivity and profitability for the branch
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, cash handling and store presentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff
- Collaborate with regional managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal/regulatory requirements
- 1-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the consumer products industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting and financial reporting
- Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willing to undergo 15 days training in our head office. Located at Quezon City Cubao Manila.
