Coordinator (electrical works) - Manila

To ensure proper implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the electrical and electronic equipment and other electrical works.

DUTIES:

• Monitors electrical and electronic equipment’s conditions during working hours, identifies emerging problems and addresses concerns promptly.
• Conducts regular inspection of electrical and electronic equipment and related work concerns;
• Coordinates with maintenance and repair of all electrical and electronic equipment (electrical breakers, electrical power system of university, sound system equipment, telephone system of university, etc.)
• Develop and maintains preventive maintenance measures;
• Ensure effective collaboration among technical teams and stakeholders for the accurate diagnosis and timely repair of faulty electrical and electronic systems.
• Maintains and strictly implements observance of the safety standards and building codes;
• Provides immediate response to emergency situations (weather-related incidents, fire, etc.);
• Prepares and submits various reports:
• Assessments reports all electrical and electronic equipment specifically at THEATER and related electrical and electronic systems;
• Section performance and accomplishment updates;
• Service history card and preventive maintenance schedule;
• Reconciles inventory records of all electrical equipment;
• Maintains current custodial records for all electrical and electronic equipment specifically at THEATER;
• Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Licensed Electrical/Electronic Engineer
• At least 1 year job-related work experience
• Knowledge of building/facilities operation; computer literate and problem solving
