Electrician

Location: Multiple Locations (Different Store Branches)

Electrical Work:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment within the store.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national electrical codes.

Plumbing Work:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to plumbing.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical and plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid downtime and ensure systems operate efficiently.

Customer Service:

• Communicate effectively with store management regarding repair needs and system performance.
• Provide training to staff on basic electrical and plumbing safety practices.

Safety Practices:

• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or plumbing fields preferred.
• Minimum [2-3 years] experience as an electrician and/or plumber, ideally in a retail or food service environment.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel different store locations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
