About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety.This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our growing company.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of work
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
- Conduct site inspections, identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective measures as needed
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress and performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to complete their work
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to find innovative solutions to construction challenges
- Bachelor's degree and a license in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Experienced in fit-out and residential project is priority.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- With broad understanding of construction materials, finishing works and construction methodologies.
