Site Engineer (URGENT)

Job Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing auxiliary system projects from planning to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.

• Oversee and manage assigned projects from inception to completion
• Conduct site inspections, assessments, and provide technical installation recommendations
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure cost control
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities and site accomplishments
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s Degree, Tech-Vocational, or any relevant field (Electronics, Project Management, etc.); Graduate of Electrical Engineering is an advantage
• 1–2 years of experience in Auxiliary Systems such as CCTV, FDAS, SCS, DACS, and related systems (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Having a motorcycle is an advantage
• Willing to handle multiple project sites
• Willing to start immediately
