About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, deliver high-quality financial solutions, and collaborate with clients to drive business transformation.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, full-cycle implementation, and client-facing consulting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver full-cycle SAP FICO implementations (planning to hypercare)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions
- Perform system configuration, functional design, and gap analysis
- Ensure integration across modules (e.g., SD, MM, ABAP)
- Support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
- Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- Handle incident management and post-go-live support (AMS)
- Build strong client relationships and support change management initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and additional consulting work
- Support pre-sales activities and solution design discussions
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4+ years experience as SAP FICO Consultant
- Proven experience in atleast 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
- Experience in CO / COPA is a plus
- SAP Certification is an advantage
- Strong SAP FI/CO configuration and functional design
- Experience in end-to-end project delivery
- Ability to lead client workshops and training sessions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Knowledge of ERP consulting and business processes
