Travel Consultant

The Role

This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

1. Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets and requirements
2. Research and recommend the most suitable travel options, including flights, accommodation, transportation and activities
3. Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients
4. Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking and planning process
5. Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations and supplier offerings
6. Liaise with travel suppliers to secure the best deals and packages for clients
7. Handle client queries, changes and cancellations in a timely and professional manner
8. Contribute to the overall sales and marketing efforts of the company

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or a similar customer-facing role in the travel industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex travel arrangements
4. Extensive knowledge of global travel destinations, suppliers and industry trends
5. Strong focus on Hong Kong as a travel destination
6. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
7. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
8. A passion for travel and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
