The Field Officers will be engaged for the Agent Banking Pilot Study to conduct face-to-face surveys with approximately 440 prospective clients and agents of agent banking services across selected barangays in Batad, Iloilo. Candidates are expected to possess prior experience in data collection using survey instruments and demonstrate the ability to accurately record responses.
Field Officers will be responsible for attending study training, traveling to designated barangays, administering face-to-face surveys, accurately encoding responses in SurveyCTO, and ensuring the timely submission of all completed surveys.
Qualifications/Requirements
Data Collection & Field Support (60%): Provide data collection and field support by assisting in the facilitation of data collection activities, supporting coordinators with logistics, and monitoring data quality.
Communication & Coordination (20%): Serve as a liaison between the field team and the project team, promptly report any issues encountered, and actively participate in meetings.
Administrative Tasks (20%): Maintain accurate documentation, prepare required reports, and provide support for various project tasks as needed.

Remarks- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in field work or research
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino and Hiligaynon
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to travel to field sites
- Experience with digital data collection (SurveyCTO experience preferred)
- Familiarity with RCT methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
