✔️ At least 5 years of maintenance experience

- Manage and supervise overall maintenance operations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot machine and equipment problems efficiently
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Ensure machines and facilities operate safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with production and other departments regarding maintenance schedules
- Monitor maintenance inventory, tools, and spare parts
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
- Lead and guide maintenance staff and technicians
