Fulfilment Assistant (Real Estate)
Duties and responsibilities:
As Fulfilment Assistant, you ensure efficient preparation to the collection of DOAS from the buyer. You are responsible for collating the necessary documents for TCT and TD registration under the buyer’s name. You are also responsible for devising the necessary reports and monitoring system to track DOAS completion and docket transmittal to Government Liaison.
Specifically, you are responsible to perform the following tasks:
- Prepare DOAS and have buyer’s sign, routes to signatories, and have the DOAS notarized;
- Prepare LGU forms and RFPs for related taxes;
- Complete TCT/TD registration dockets for turnover to Government Liaison
- Submit compliances to HDMF, Banks and other Financing Institutions
- Coordinate with cash buyers on the release of TCT/TD under their name.
- Track status of TCT/TD transfer and prepare monthly reports related to the assigned tasks.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of any related course
- Knowledgeable in Title Registration process
- Relevant experience in real estate transactions with HDMF and Financing institutions
- 2 years in Fulfilment/conversion role or real estate setting
