As a Production Supervisor at Metro Container Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of production targets
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and quality
- Develop and implement production schedules, work orders, and material requirements planning to optimise workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment
- Provide coaching and training to production staff to develop their skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and inventory management, to synchronise operations
- Analyse production data and generate reports to inform decision-making and process improvement initiatives
- Graduate of any 4-year engineering course.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret production data, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
