SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for Shipping and Logistics accounts to support customers with shipment tracking, delivery updates, freight coordination, and logistics-related concerns. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the shipping process.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding shipments and deliveries
Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status information
Assist with booking, scheduling, and shipment coordination requests
Resolve concerns related to delayed, lost, or damaged shipments
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Coordinate with internal teams and escalate complex concerns when necessary
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Qualifications

At least High School or Senior High School graduate
Strong English communication and comprehension skills
Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving abilities
Basic computer literacy and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
