A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Workforce Supervisor, you'll be a champion in your field, playing a vital role in our operational success. You will manage and direct the daily activities of your workforce team, which may include intraday management, reporting, planning, scheduling, and capacity planning.
Your leadership and decision-making skills will ensure optimal staffing and efficiency across operations.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and direct daily activities of workforce teams (intraday, reporting, planning and scheduling, and capacity planning)
  • Supervise, plan, and manage call center-related functions
  • Provide supervision, coaching, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Act as a subject matter expert, responding to queries related to call center operations and workforce functions
  • Support team development through training and skill enhancement
  • Monitor, measure, and evaluate analyst performance to ensure efficiency
  • Maintain and update on-call and key personnel schedules
  • Oversee database updates and activities related to equipment maintenance
  • Prepare schedules and monitor attendance, breaks, and shifts
  • Communicate updates, successes, and opportunities to the Workforce Manager
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide forecasting and scheduling support
  • Execute staffing plans and adjust based on forecast demand and business needs
  • Coordinate with Operations and HR to manage leaves and staffing gaps
  • Perform other duties as assigned
