Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors the performance of team members
- Coaches and motivates team members
- Analyze sales and propose projects to the Area Manager
- Prepares action plans for deviations
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are in place
- Handle customer feedback
- Communicate with the Building/Mall Admin and various departments from the Head Office
- Assists in customer service and food preparation
- Manage inventory and send requests to the Warehouse Team
- Prepare reports and ensure timely submission
Qualifications:
- With at least 1 year of managerial experience, preferably in the Food Industry
- Must be systematic and highly organized in making schedules and reports
- With strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible to work on various shifts, including weekends
- With excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- Highly organized
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Availability of pre-employment requirements is an advantage
