Guided by our mission to provide world-class, client-centered care and products, we are now seeking a Marketing Manager to help rebrand and develop fresh marketing strategies for our growing business.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Outsourced/Remote) who can lead digital marketing, rebranding projects, and customer engagement strategies. The role involves working remotely from the Philippines while coordinating with our UAE-based team to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead rebranding initiatives and strengthen brand identity.
Manage digital marketing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok Ads).
Oversee e-commerce marketing (SEO, product listings, campaigns).
Develop seasonal promotions and creative content strategies.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, recommend loyalty programs.
Provide monthly performance reports (KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics).
Collaborate with UAE team via weekly virtual meetings.

What We’re Looking For

✅ At least 3–5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably in retail, luxury, beauty, or healthcare/aesthetics).
✅ Proven expertise in rebranding and digital marketing.
✅ Hands-on skills in social media management, paid ads, and SEO.
✅ Creative thinker with campaign management experience.
✅ Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
✅ Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).

✅ Experience working with international/remote teams is an advantage.

Compensation & Engagement

Monthly retainer: ₱60,000 – ₱120,000 (USD $1,000 – $2,000), depending on experience.
Performance incentives based on sales growth and ROI.
Flexible work hours, with some overlap required for UAE team coordination.
