We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager who will take the lead in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. This role requires a professional who can think strategically, manage teams effectively, and translate creative ideas into impactful campaigns that build our brand, engage our audience, and drive measurable business growth.
As a key member of our management team, the Marketing Manager will oversee the full scope of marketing operations from planning, budgeting, and branding to digital marketing, content creation, and market research. This is a highly visible role where your contributions will directly influence the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives and growth targets.
- Lead all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across digital, print, and offline channels.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, website management, and online advertising campaigns.
- Manage market research efforts to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, then translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing visibility, generating leads, and strengthening customer engagement.
- Create and oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, press releases, and digital content.
- Build and nurture partnerships with media outlets, creative agencies, and external stakeholders to maximize exposure and reach.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while optimizing return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product Development teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business priorities.
- Mentor, inspire, and lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance through data and analytics, providing reports and recommendations to management.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to further promote the brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or additional certifications in marketing is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
