Purchasing staff

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of combined experience in Accounts Payable and Purchasing or related administrative functions.
• Hands-on experience with accounting and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).

Skills:

Accounting & Finance Skills:

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and AP processes (e.g., invoice processing, payment scheduling).
• Experience with vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Procurement Skills:

• Understanding of purchasing processes (e.g., sourcing, purchase order issuance, vendor negotiation).
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using formulas, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with ERP or financial management systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and handle cross-functional responsibilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling financial and supplier data.
