About the Role
At Reca Resort, our people are the heart of the guest experience. As the HR Associate for L&D, you will be responsible for nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. You will design, coordinate, and implement training programs that enhance technical hospitality skills, soft skills, and the overall well-being of our team members, ensuring they deliver the "Bali-inspired" excellence our guests expect.
Core Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify skills gaps within various departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa) through observations, guest feedback, and consultations with department heads.
Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they are fully immersed in Reca Resort’s brand values, luxury standards, and operational procedures.
Program Development: Create and update training modules focusing on five-star service etiquette, upselling techniques, safety protocols, and wellness-centric guest interaction.
Coordination & Logistics: Schedule training sessions, manage the training budget, and coordinate with external trainers or specialized consultants (e.g., wellness experts or culinary coaches).
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like guest satisfaction scores.
Employee Engagement: Organize internal team-building activities and "wellness workshops" that align with the resort’s philosophy of rejuvenation and balance.
Career Pathing: Assist the HR Manager in developing internal growth programs to help high-performing staff transition into leadership roles.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Facilitation Skills: Confident public speaker with the ability to engage diverse groups of employees, from entry-level staff to middle management.
Content Creation: Proficient in creating engaging presentation materials (Canva, PowerPoint) and training manuals.
Interpersonal Skills: A "people person" with high emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate others.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training calendars and documentation requirements.
