Human Resources Specialist

The HR Specialist will play a critical role in overseeing and managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for people management, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain and update a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
- Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure timely updates of personal and employment information.
Employee Relations:
- Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases in line with due process and the company’s code of conduct.
- Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), memos, and other HR correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements in the Philippines.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees and ensure the timely submission and processing of government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Performance Management:
- Support managers and employees in the performance evaluation process.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs and ensure employees have the necessary resources to grow within the organization.
- Coordinate employee development programs and initiatives to improve skills and productivity.
HR Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Prepare regular HR reports on various metrics, including turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in HR policies and procedures.
