- Degree qualified: BS Accountancy/ Business/ Mathematics major or equivalent
- Audit experience is a PLUS!
- Exceptional Written and Spoken English communication skills
- ABSOLUTE Attention to detail
- Intermediate to Proficient: MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
- File reviews/ audits- check client files to ensure they are compliant and meet the licensee and company standards
- Research/ learn licensee standards continually and support Paraplanners and Clients with any compliance questions they may have
- Liaise efficiently and clearly with Pod Members (including Paraplanners and Support Managers) to outline compliance concerns
- Provide coaching and support for Compliance to Paraplanners and Clients as required
- Complete file checks in preparation for Audits
- Create compliance tools and documents
- Support the Team Leader/ Compliance Manager with adhoc tasks
