What are the proficiencies expected of me?
  • Degree qualified: BS Accountancy/ Business/ Mathematics major or equivalent
  • Audit experience is a PLUS!
  • Exceptional Written and Spoken English communication skills
  • ABSOLUTE Attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Proficient: MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
What are the things expected of me?
  • File reviews/ audits- check client files to ensure they are compliant and meet the licensee and company standards
  • Research/ learn licensee standards continually and support Paraplanners and Clients with any compliance questions they may have
  • Liaise efficiently and clearly with Pod Members (including Paraplanners and Support Managers) to outline compliance concerns
  • Provide coaching and support for Compliance to Paraplanners and Clients as required
How else can I contribute?
  • Complete file checks in preparation for Audits
  • Create compliance tools and documents
  • Support the Team Leader/ Compliance Manager with adhoc tasks
