Sales Director – IT Solutions & Systems Integration (Telco Accounts)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the Telco sector. This role will oversee Sales Managers handling Telco accounts, driving IT solutions and systems integration opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic client engagement, market expansion, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Telco industry.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, including new client acquisition and growth within existing accounts.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives to align solutions with their business objectives.
Client & Market Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Telco industry leaders and enterprise conglomerates.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to effectively showcase IT solutions.
Sales Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to drive results.
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented sales culture across the team.
Sales Performance & Reporting
  • Consistently deliver on sales targets and organizational KPIs.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between sales execution and company strategy.
Solution Customization & Delivery
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Oversee solution implementation and integration to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in IT solutions, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
  • Strong exposure to Telco, Utilities, or Enterprise industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and network management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC under a hybrid setup.
  • Preferably available to start immediately (not mandatory).
