- Point contact between internal teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring project requirements, scope, and objectives are clearly defined and communicated
- Monitor work progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meeting the project deadlines
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Proficient in English, Vietnamese, and Korean (both written and spoken). "Please note that many of our clients are from this country.
- A minimum of a college-level education and prior experience in the stated position are preferred.
