What is the job?
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and management of content and marketing across multiple channels to help local agency owners market their business for our collective success. Additionally, this role will support new franchise marketing onboarding needs and participate as a member of the Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of content and marketing materials to drive franchise awareness, consideration, traffic and leads.
- Assist with the planning and execution of our Sales Kick-off meeting.
- Align graphic design expectations by briefing and coordinating with the client’s in-house designer.
- Help create evergreen content for franchise agency owners to customize locally.
- Onboard new agents for success – setting up their websites, and initial marketing materials.
- Complete marketing requests creatively and on a timely.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with strong accuracy in data and content entry; quick to learn and apply new systems and tools.
- Clear in verbal and written communication, able to deliver constructive feedback and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Process-driven with strong time management; able to handle multiple tasks, make sound decisions independently, and guide others through effective modeling.
- Familiar with internal event planning (e.g., Sales Kickoff), creative and marketing production workflows, and maintaining systems with up-to-date activity tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in marketing coordination or support.
- Background in advertising, in-house marketing, or agency environments.
- Hands-on use of marketing platforms like HubSpot.
- Experience collaborating with graphic designers.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM and Help Desk Ticketing system (ServiceNow).
