Recruitment Specialist – Data and Compliance

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support our recruitment team by auditing recruitment processes, managing trackers, and overseeing candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving recruitment efficiency while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Job Responsibilities

Audit Recruitment Processes
  • Conduct regular audits of recruitment workflows to ensure adherence to company policies and industry’s best practices.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to implement recommendations based on audit findings.
Manage Excel Trackers
  • Develop and maintain Excel trackers for candidate pipelines, interview schedules, offer statuses, and other recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all tracking documents.
  • Generate and analyze reports from Excel to provide insights into recruitment performance and key metrics.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team
  • Work closely with recruiters to gather feedback and insights into the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies based on data analysis and team input.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding as needed.
Compliance and Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, recruitment activities, and onboarding documentation.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance processes and tools.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve skills.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a related role (1-3 years preferred, but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
