About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team at Canon Marketing (Philippines), Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and supporting the development of our growing workforce.
What you'll be doing:
Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Oracle and BIPO both cloud based.- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
- Assist with the design and delivery of HR-related knowledge articles for Oracle system
- Maintain accurate employee records and expert in analyzing HR reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and organizational development
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the technology, marketing and media industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Highly proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools and will act as a point of contact (POC)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
