Facilities Lead (Industrial / Warehouse Property Management)

Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations, maintenance activities, regulatory compliance. The role ensures that facilities are safe, operational, compliant, and properly maintained while providing timely support to tenants and internal departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Tenant Management -Monitor tenant compliance with building rules, safety policies, and lease-related operational requirements.
  • Property Operations & Maintenance - Supervise daily facilities operations: Track status and completion of corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and facilities.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and facility condition assessments.
  • Monitor service providers and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Assist during emergency situations, repairs, and operational disruptions.
  • Administrative & Reporting - Prepare weekly and monthly facilities status reports.
  • Safety & Compliance - Support implementation of Occupational Safety and Health standards.
  • Coordinate +re safety inspecons and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Ensure contractors and tenants comply with site safety requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in: Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
Facilities Management: Property Management or related
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial, warehouse, or commercial property management.
  • Knowledge in building maintenance and property operations
  • Familiarity with PEZA and industrial park procedures is an advantage.
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance systems
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Good documentation and records management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and tenant concerns
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
