• Collaborate with Filipino developers to create and adapt ESL curricula that align with South Korean educational trends and support foreign student's learning.
• Conduct orientation in South Korean, ensuring students understand the academy's rules, regulations and schedules, while ensuring compliance with all company procedures.
• Track and report student progress in various areas, and meet regularly to ensure they are on track to meet their academic goals.
• Prepare students for the South Korean or international corporate culture, offering personalized advice to enhance their academic and professional readiness.
• Represent the company in resolving conflicts with students, ensuring that business relationships remain positive and intact.

• Currently residing in the Philippines and has profound exposure to various cultures and lifestyles as well as to the laws, ordinances, rules and regulations being implemented;
• Fluent in English language with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary and is very highly capable to attend to academic concerns from South Korean students;
• Is able to do academic presentations and attend to concerns of a professional cluster of students enrolling from South Korea;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural competence and has a broad understanding and academic background to handle simple to complex learning and academic issues of students;
• Highly capable in communicating with the use of formal Korean language;
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours whenever necessary.
