About the role
AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced College Instructor (BS Nursing) to join our team at our Baguio City campus. As a full-time College Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the education and development of our nursing students, helping them to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in the healthcare industry.
What you'll be doing- Deliver engaging and informative lectures on a range of nursing-related subjects
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to foster student learning and understanding
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and other assessments
- Provide academic guidance and support to students, helping them to reach their full potential
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in nursing education and incorporate them into your teaching practices
- Actively participate in curriculum development and program review to ensure the continued excellence of our BS Nursing program
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and support staff to create a positive and stimulating learning environment
- A master's degree in Nursing
- Possession of a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a college or university setting, preferably in the field of nursing education
- Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for sharing your knowledge with students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to changing educational needs and technologies
