Job Description

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Manager I, B2B Sales to lead our high-volume outbound sales organization at Spark Cubao. You will manage 6 Team Leaders and provide oversight to 80–120 FTEs, driving merchant acquisition across the SMB segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a large outbound sales team to achieve merchant acquisition targets on-site
• Design and execute high-volume cold-calling and outbound sales strategies
• Monitor and improve key sales metrics: Funnel Velocity, Closed-Won, Pitch-to-Close Conversion
• Coach Team Leaders on performance management, pipeline health, and sales best practices
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies for SMB segment
• Drive a culture of accountability, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales Experience
• At least 2 years managing outbound sales teams
• Proven track record in merchant acquisition / SMB sales
• Experience in high-volume, KPI-driven, cold-calling environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing Funnel Velocity, Closed-Won, and Pitch-to-Close Conversion metrics

Span of Control:

• 6 Direct Reports (Team Leaders)
• Oversight of 80–120 FTEs
