Plan, optimize, and coordinate transportation routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Manage relationships with transportation providers and lead contract negotiations to secure cost-effective and reliable services.
- Monitor logistics costs, service levels, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
- Oversee accurate and organized maintenance of logistics documentation and records.
- Coordinate and negotiate with local government units and third-party providers for inbound shipments and delivery requirements.

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 - 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in transportation planning, store replenishment, and last-mile delivery within a retail environment
- In-depth knowledge of local shipping regulations, compliance standards, and coordination with government agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring logistics KPIs, cost control, and service level performance.
- Proficient in logistics systems such as TMS, WMS, or ERP platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage high-volume operations, and meet tight delivery timelines.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across store operations and supply chain teams.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
