Jr. GIS Specialist

Report to the Lead for Data Gathering and provide assistance for all data gathering, data pre-processing, and related activities of the company which includes but not limited to the following:
- Coordinate with government offices and other third parties from different departments (DENR, LGUs, etc.) to gather relevant spatial data for the projects;
- Assist the team in gathering land related documentations from relevant agencies;
- Assist the team in the georeferencing of tax maps, cadastral maps, in plotting titles, LDCs/survey plans, and in pre-processing other acquired relevant maps then incorporate the information from land related documents into a geodatabase/GIS files;
- Assist in maintaining and updating database of all land related information per project;
- Assist in the generation and layouting of GIS maps and other necessary requirements for the submission and processing of project development permits;
- Provide assistance in the analysis and interpretation of data gathered, GIS and survey issues and coordinate to the team if necessary;
- Assist the team in site inspections and in monitoring surveys;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
