Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for a VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST for any of our 5 branches.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least a 2-year college degree.
• Female. Willing to be trained.
• Team player. Can perform under pressure. Pet lover.

Veterinary Receptionist – Core Responsibilities

As a vet receptionist, you will be gradually assigned to different responsibilities based on your training and readiness. These may include:

• Welcoming clients and handling inquiries in person or via phone
• Scheduling appointments and managing front desk cashiering
• Promoting in-house products and services
• Assisting with record-keeping and light admin tasks
• Helping monitor inventory and keeping the reception area clean and organized
• Supporting day-to-day clinic operations as part of the team

Take Note:

• We do not provide boarding provisions.
• A "probationary receptionist" is already entitled to regular & special holiday pays, overtime pays & 13th month pays. Only a "regular receptionist" will be subjected to PhilHealth, SSS, HDMF & withholding tax deductions.
• Normal working schedule at AVCI are Mondays to Saturdays, 9am-12pm & 1pm-6pm.

Salary:

• Initial pay of P14,250 per month not yet inclusive of overtime pays, regular holiday pays & special holiday pays.
• Applicant becomes a regular employee after the first 6 months of work with an increase in salary.
