Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree of any Management/Business course
  • Preferably 2-3yrs of experience specializing in Government and private transactions, processing of documents or equivalent, and/or experience in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Records Keeping & Payroll
  • Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
  • Reliable, exceptional attention to details
  • High initiative and can work under pressure
  • Must be flexible in any work environment and tasks given
  • Good in oral and written communication skills
