Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in the U.S. healthcare system? Have you worked directly with U.S. providers or handled insurance verifications, prior authorizations, or EMR management? If so, we want YOU on our team!
We're looking for a Cebu City-based VA who is ready to work onsite in our Cebu office and support healthcare providers in the United States with administrative and insurance-related tasks.- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Verify insurance coverage and process authorizations
- Communicate with patients, clinics, and insurance companies professionally
- Update and manage electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Support providers with day-to-day admin tasks related to U.S. healthcare
✅ Requirements:
- Must reside in Cebu City and be able to work onsite
- Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare providers or insurance companies
- Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance processes (eligibility, benefits, authorizations)
- Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., Athenahealth, DrChrono, Kareo, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability
