The Service Delivery – Finance Operations role is responsible for executing and managing end-to-end finance processes within a shared services environment. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, process efficiency, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Execute finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, CMA, Pricing, etc.)
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of transactions
Monitor and meet SLAs and KPIs
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements
Support audits and ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
For leadership roles: manage team performance, capacity, and development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Staff: 1–3 years experience
Senior/Lead: 4–8 years experience
Manager: 8+ years experience with leadership
Shared services/BPO experience preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
