- 1-3 years of professional experience in general accounting, preferably in cost center or support company environments.
- In-depth knowledge of PEZA policies and regulations
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - particularly with QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proven experience with BIR compliance and comprehensive knowledge of BIR processes such as Income tax, withholding tax, VAT, tax filings, audit and reconciliation
- Familiarity with SEC reporting and regulatory requirement
- Good communication skills
